REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases of the OptiSpace CRM software (“the Software”) provided by Optimyze Consulting Pty Ltd (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. 7-Day Trial Period
We offer a 7-day trial period beginning on the date of initial purchase or account activation, whichever occurs first (“Trial Period”). During this Trial Period, you may evaluate the Software and determine its suitability for your business needs.
If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team in writing at hello@optimyzeconsulting.com.au within the Trial Period. Requests received after the Trial Period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or activation date.

You must provide a copy of your purchase confirmation or account information to verify eligibility.

The refund request must include a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
3. No Refunds After Trial Period
No refunds will be issued for any reason after the expiration of the 7-day Trial Period. This includes, but is not limited to:

Non-use of the Software

User error or dissatisfaction after the Trial Period

Subscription renewals
If you have already paid for a monthly subscription following the Trial Period, that payment is non-refundable. However, all future recurring subscription charges will be canceled upon receipt of your written cancellation request.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or other official communication channels. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
